About

Elowen Harrow grew up in a harbour town where the fog came in twice a day and the fishermen still argued about mermaids.

She has worked as a ferry deckhand, a maritime archivist, and, briefly and badly, a lighthouse tour guide. Her first novel, The Tidewright’s Daughter, began as a story told to tour groups on wet afternoons, when the light was closed for repairs.

She lives on the coast with a retired racing greyhound and far too many tide tables. For rights, events, and interviews, use the contact page.

This is a demo site. Elowen Harrow and her books are invented, to show what an author’s site can look like.
